An Indian Wedding in Mykonos Island!

Looking back into summer 2016, we have plenty of things to remember. However, there is a wedding that we will certainly think about for a quite long time. It was on the eve of summer season when, at the beach of Platys Gialos, the colors, the sounds and the aesthetic of India took over the golden sandy beach for an Indian wedding in Mykonos island.

A couple, originally from India, living and working in London chose Mykonos island to exchange vows of eternal love next to the blue of the Aegean Sea and the horizon. 150 guests arrived from all around the world to wish the happy couple and live the experience of an Indian and Greek style wedding. The reception was held in DK Oyster by the beach of Platys Gialos in Mykonos and the menu was catered by Mykonos Catering Services; a gastronomic feast where tastes of India with plenty of curry and chili were served next to some delicious traditional Greek dishes like roasted lamb, spinach pie, tzatziki and fresh fish. As for the guests presents, Greek olive oil and honey awaited them on the table so that they can take back home some of the tastes of Greece to remember this special wedding.
